COLLISION

My instinct: a wide margin lets states determine the level of Article 9 protection.
The cases do not all point in one direction. Strasbourg sometimes defers and sometimes intervenes.
MY NOTEI need to stop treating "the margin" as one fixed amount of deference.
WHY COLLISION MATTERSKeep the cases that complicate my first position before I settle the argument.
YADAQ METHODCOLLISION preserves disconfirming sources. CORRECTION preserves the original thought and records how the framework changed.
